Cruise on in ... there's plenty of room!
If you're a member of a car club and trying to figure out where to hold your next auto-related event, consider WAAAM.
We're located in Hood River, Oregon, in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge —centrally located in the Pacific Northwest, with good highway access from all directions. (Click to get directions to our Columbia River Gorge location.)
WAAAM has it all. We're surrounded by magnificent scenery, we've got plenty of room to spread out, room to barbecue or to have any sort of catered event that you might want. Plus, there are hotels and motels nearby where you can stay the night ... and lots of people in the area who would love to visit your show.
What better place to hold your next auto event than at WAAAM, where our antique cars and planes still drive and fly!

Here are just two of the auto events that take place at WAAAM ...
The Ring Kings held their Annual Ring King Car Show on a beautiful Saturday in July, in front of the WAAAM museum. Thirty-one sponsored trophies were given out for “best of show” in various categories. The Eye Openers Lions Club served up hot dogs and hamburgers. Hundreds of spectators enjoyed being outside on a gorgous summer day in the Columbia River Gorge, and seeing lots of rare cars, both restored and customized.

WAAAM was very pleased to be visited by the High Desert A’s of Central Oregon on a day in June. About ten beautifully restored Ford Model A’s spent the day at WAAAM, along with friends and family of the owners. The visit was very educational for both the visitors, and the museum volunteers. The club was welcomed by the “Early Gorge Autos” club, dressed in period clothing, who also provided lunch for the visiting central Oregon club. As they left the visitors said “We’ll be back next year!”
